Applications and enquiries
Sending an application or enquiry does not guarantee a place in any programme, camp or tour. Places are offered at SSE's discretion, and may depend on a trial. Please make sure the information you give us is true and complete.
No guarantee of a professional contract
SSE provides a high performance training environment. We do not promise or guarantee that any player will be selected for a team or receive a professional contract.
Fees and payment
Programme fees, top-up session prices and payment options are shown on the Cricket Institute page and may change for future intakes. Your place is only confirmed once you have signed SSE's enrolment agreement and paid what it requires. If anything in the enrolment agreement differs from this website, the enrolment agreement applies.
Camps and tours
Any estimate shown or sent in response to a Camps & Tours enquiry is a guide only. A tour is only confirmed once SSE has sent a written quote and itinerary and received the deposit it requires. The confirmed quote sets out what is included, payment dates and cancellation terms.
Private coaching
Private coaching sessions are booked through the SSE Bookings app, which has its own booking and cancellation terms.
Health and safety
Cricket is a physical sport and carries a risk of injury. Parents and guardians must tell us about any injury or medical condition that could affect a player's safety. Players must follow the instructions of SSE coaches and staff during training, matches and tours.
Photos and video
SSE may photograph or film training, matches and tours. We will ask for consent before we use identifiable images of a player under 18 in our marketing, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
Website content
The SSE name, logos, text, photos and design on this website belong to SSE or are used with permission. Please do not copy them without our written permission. We work to keep the website accurate, but information may change and we cannot promise it is always complete or up to date.
Links to other sites
The website links to other sites, such as the SSE Bookings app and social media. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, SSE is not liable for any loss caused by using this website or by relying on information on it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act or other South African law.
